1. Payment Collection Policy
To ensure smooth project execution, payments are structured around project milestones. This keeps both parties aligned and protects the interests of our clients and our team.


Payment Structure
Payments are divided into three main milestones:

1. Upfront Payment – 30% of Total Project Cost

- Secures your place in our schedule.

- Enables us to begin work, including research, planning, and initial design concepts.

Example: For a ₹1,00,000 project → upfront payment = ₹30,000.
 

2. Design Approval Payment – 40% of Total Project Cost

- Due after presenting initial designs or prototypes.

- Confirms your satisfaction before full-scale project development.

- Example: For a ₹1,00,000 project → design approval payment = ₹40,000.
 

3. Final Delivery Payment – 30% of Total Project Cost

- Due upon delivery of the final project files or completion of services.

- Marks the official handover.

- Example: For a ₹1,00,000 project → final payment = ₹30,000.
 

Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:

- Bank Transfer (details shared upon request)

- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

- Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe or PayPal
 

Late Payment Policy

- Timely payments are crucial for project continuity.
- Late payments beyond the due date will incur a 5% weekly late fee.
- Example: ₹40,000 overdue payment = ₹2,000/week late fee.
- Persistent non-payment may result in project suspension until dues are cleared.
 

2. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver quality and satisfaction. Refunds are managed carefully to balance fairness for both parties.


General Rules

- No refunds for approved or completed milestones.
- Partial refunds may apply if work is canceled mid-project.
 

Refund Scenarios


Project Cancellation by Client
- Design phase completed (≤40%) → Refund 60% of paid amount.
- Development phase completed (≤70%) → Refund 30% of paid amount.
- Cancellation fee of 30–40% of total project cost applies depending on completion stage.
 

Project Delay by Service Provider
- If project delays exceed 30% of the agreed timeline, the client may request either:

  • Partial refund proportional to delayed deliverables, or
  • Additional services at no extra cost.
     

Non-Delivery of Agreed Milestones
If agreed milestones are not delivered within the timeline, clients are eligible for full or partial refunds depending on work completed.
 

Refund Process

  1. Client submits a refund request via email or call, specifying the reason.
  2. Request is evaluated by our team.
  3. If approved, refund is processed within 14 business days.
     

Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds for approved or partially approved designs.
  • If the client approves late-delivered work, no refund applies (though additional services may be offered as compensation).
     

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: May incur fees based on completed work (30–40% of total cost).
  • Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued.
  • Force Majeure: No refunds for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages).
     

4. Example Scenarios

  • Successful Completion
    You approve all milestones, final payment is made → No refund.
  • Cancellation After Design
    Design phase completed (40%), ₹70,000 paid → Refund = ₹60,000 (after cancellation fee).
  • Late Delivery
    Timeline exceeded by 35% → Client may request partial refund or free additional services.
     

5. Referral Program
We reward client referrals as follows:

- Earn 10% of the referred project cost after the client completes full payment.

Example: Referred client books a ₹1,00,000 project → You earn ₹10,000.


Referral Conditions

- Valid only after full payment from the referred client. 

- Project availability may affect referral timing.
 

Final Note:
